Energy Conversation Assessment
In 2011, CEC was authorized by the Ministry of Finance and the NDRC as the first batch of third-party energy audit bodies. In the same year, with the approval of Shanghai, CEC became one of the Shanghai energy management audit institutions. Up to now, CEC has completed more than 80 national and regional energy saving and EPC projects auditing.
